Welcome to Beech classes area of the website. Here you will find all the information you require to support your child in Beech class. Beech class is part of our Early Years Foundation Stage and consists of Reception aged children. Mrs Ellin teaches from Monday to Wednesday lunchtime and Mrs Black teaches from Wednesday afternoon until Friday. The Learning Support Assistants across the week are Mrs Sands and Miss Hesling.
PE for Beech class is on a Wednesday. We ask you to ensure your child has a named PE kit at school and that this remains in school for the term, in case of any changes to the allocated day.
We would also like the children to have named wellington boots and waterproof coats in school at all times to allow us to access our wonderful outside space during all weathers.
We make sure we have lots of fun and plan exciting, engaging and practical activities for the children to explore! Any trips and themed days will be advised via Arbor and Tapestry so watch this space!
During term's 1 and 2 the children will be learning about their world through the umbrella theme, 'My World'; please see the learning web below.
